Tale of Experience

Hi all,

Writing after a long long time.I still recollect my first days in School, Colleges and my Workplace.Today what i am going to share is my experience within these phases...

School Life:

Where innocence existed amongst us..where we didnt looked for the quality but friendship..when almost all of us used to fight for no reason the days when we pooped in our pants, were tortured by boring Sbjects(History remembering dates, Gography-> remembering State Capitals etc).

Special Thanks to all the School Teachers around the Globe for moulding us to make us fit into this World...

College Life:

The Phase when you become a teen..some start shaving , some tend to meet peoples with different Persona, start passing comments on others..try to find the comfort zone within Groups...start doubting others ..having serious fights..getting depressed, passing out with flying colours,First Kiss,Bike,Car, GF ;) ......

But it just gets depressing for Maximum Candidates just because of the Quality of Teaching...Here teaching module needs to be changed...the way teaching is done should be changed rather then just copy pasting it from some Authorized text books.

Special thanks to very few Qualified teachers who have the ability to change students perspective with respect to understanding Stuff.

Workplace:

This phase can be catogorized into two catogeries .... Job and Real Job.

This is the phase where Strong Resume talks and only thing matters is Experience..no matter whats your Education Qualification or how much you score in Test papers.where your Seniors starts taunting you for your silliest mistakes and at times thats the worst part to experience(try to control your Anger as they also have been gone through these phases by their Mangers)

But these people teach us a lot....Its good in a way when someone is continously pointing out your mistakes...good but harsh and irrating too at the same point..But this is how we will improvize and be experts in our domain and realy lucky that i am being picky by my seniors for my silliest mistakes.

Life at Pune

June 2010 i made a decision to leave mumbai and go to pune, well in start the experience was good that, i will be going somewhere far away from my parents and seeing what life is and learn how to survive, havent seen life lately because in corporates you dont get time to do much of personal stuff, but definitely leaning how to survive.

I started my career at spymektech solutions as a corporate trainer at start i used to doubt that how will i manage corporate crowd but with a little boost up from my friends i got the strength to do that, at start it was quite fun but slowly and slowly i got irritated as my potential was not been identified here.

Earlier i was living with one of my NIIT friends Prem Yadav he is a very nice guy and always envy's those guys who are having girlfriend, he helped me a lot in my early days where i was not having even a blanket of my own to sleep he gave me his blanket, and their are many more things that i cant list about this guy he holds a very special place in my life as well as in my career. Then nows the day when i am living with 6 other ppl actually 7 including me.

Well now after being far away from my family and friends for an year am becoming home sick and want to go back to mumbai, i am sick of all the learning process as i am just learning and the outcome is nil, i tried 4 different methods and they all failed don't know whats wrong and were i am wrong, even after being the best emp for 4 months continuously things aren't working out for me anymore, may be its the politics at my work place or may be their are some defects in me don't know whats the reason.

Now these days i am learning .NET as once upon a time i used to be the legend in this topic but now after having a small trip to pune i saw that my this small talent in .NET needs a lot of hardwork and lots of attention to perfect this as i want my next job to be in .NET domain.

Pune's life is smooth and cool, ppl here are quite friendly and don't poke their noses into other ppl business they are quite helpful and if i get a good job with good sal then in that case i am planning to settle down in pune itself as the climate, crowd and companies are too good in pune.

Well these was my experience till now in pune, thought of sharing with you guys....
